About us
Maarten, Elke, Jozefien, Kamiel and Lowie welcome you at B&B Quinta do Ourives.
We lost our hearts to this beautiful region and would like you to enjoy the tranquility and nature that the Algarve has to offer.
Our boutique B&B has 3 luxury rooms and 3 luxury suites from 2 up to 5 people. Almost all rooms have a private patio or terrace with an outside kitchenette.
There are several lounging places on our 3 hectares plot and there is also a nice large pool (15m x 7m) to relax with a honesty bar next to it.

Our Location
“Close to the beach and restaurants but very relaxing at the same time and having fabulous views”, these were the three criteria when we looked for the perfect location for us.
Quinta do Ourives is located in Carvoeiro on the top of a hill close to the beach and many nice restaurants.
Centrally located in the Algarve to discover the wonderful region with its golden beaches, beautiful caves, and picturesque fishing villages. Put on your hiking boots and take a long mountain trip or enjoy the sun in one of the many intimate bays.
The airport of Faro is a 40-minutes drive away.

Frequently Asked Questions
My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
Check-in time is between 15:00 and 20:00. In case you would like to check in later, please inform us well ahead and we check if this is possible. This depends on the occupation of our B&B and cannot be guaranteed by definition.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
A fresh and healthy breakfast is served every morning between 08:15 and 10:00 and is standard included in the price of the room.
How far is B&B Quinta do Ourives from the airport?
B&B Quinta do Ourives is located in Carvoeiro, a 40 minute drive from the airport of Faro.
How far is B&B Quinta do Ourives from the beach?
B&B Quinta do Ourives is located at less than 2 km from the beach, just outside the centre of Carvoeiro. It takes a 5 min drive before you are at the beach! This makes that we are located in a more relaxing environment but very close to the beach and a lot of very nice restaurants.
What is the check-out time?
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. the latest. If wanted, you can leave your luggage in our luggage store.
