Digging for water (224 meter!)
As we want to be off grid as possible with our B&B, we contracted a company to make a borehole.
Normally they have to dig about 100 meter to get water but at a certain moment, we got a phone call from Oli (Belgian friend of us living in the Algarve who does the follow up of the construction works as long as we are not yet moved to the Algarve) telling that the company had to dig for at least 224 meters!
And that the pipes they normally use, cannot be used but that they have to use 224 meter of incox pipes….
There goes our budget….
Hopefully we have good water 😉
