The licensing process went very fast, we got additional questions in January and February and all of a sudden…. no news, no questions anymore and no approval….

We called our architect, but he didn’t have any update from the town hall, we called our lawyer but we couldn’t reach her….

Hence, off to Portugal 😉

We spoke with our architect, who had more information at that time, and it seems that there was missing 1 signature on one single paper…. 🙁

So, we had to sign it and the approval process started all over again.

And then, finally on April 24th, we got our license!!

Happy we can start building!

But first… demolishing the existing building….
